Overview

The EFryNB 50/50 Gold Rush is a licensed online fundraising draw supporting programs and services delivered by Elizabeth Fry New Brunswick (EFryNB).

Due to the nature of lottery-style fundraising draws, all payments made toward participation are generally non-refundable, except under limited circumstances outlined below.

No Refunds After Entry Is Confirmed

Once:

• Registration has been completed
• Payment has been processed
• A Gold Rush number has been assigned and entered into the draw

The entry is considered final and non-refundable.

This is because entries are immediately committed to the draw pool and impact jackpot calculations and regulatory reporting.

Refunds Before Entry Is Processed

Refunds may be considered if:

• A duplicate payment is made
• Payment is submitted in error
• Registration cannot be completed due to technical issues
• EFryNB cannot verify eligibility requirements

Refund requests must be submitted as soon as possible after payment.

Ineligible Participants

If a participant is found to be ineligible (for example, not meeting age or residency requirements), EFryNB reserves the right to:

Payment Errors
